Even for the most dedicated fitness fanatic, motivation can sometimes run out. Here at Moringamio we're huge proponents of making exercise a lifestyle, not only part of some yo-yo dieting plan.
Regular physical activity will make your life better...period. You'll have more energy, confidence and your cardiovascular system will love you for it. You'll also sleep better and possibly enjoy sex more, too. The benefits of breaking a sweat are virtually endless.
Plus, there's no need to hit the stinky, sweaty gym. You can head outdoors for a hike, run, bike ride or participate in any number of sports. I personally enjoy rock climbing and working out at home with body weight exercises. The most important thing to remember is this: there's no better time to start (or continue) than today! Not tomorrow, not next week. The classic quote 'Today is the first day of the rest of you're life.' never stops being true.
