9 Instagrammers to Follow for Fitness Inspiration

Even for the most dedicated fitness fanatic, motivation can sometimes run out. Here at Moringamio we're huge proponents of making exercise a lifestyle, not only part of some yo-yo dieting plan.

Regular physical activity will make your life better...period. You'll have more energy, confidence and your cardiovascular system will love you for it. You'll also sleep better and possibly enjoy sex more, too. The benefits of breaking a sweat are virtually endless.

Plus, there's no need to hit the stinky, sweaty gym. You can head outdoors for a hike, run, bike ride or participate in any number of sports. I personally enjoy rock climbing and working out at home with body weight exercises. The most important thing to remember is this: there's no better time to start (or continue) than today! Not tomorrow, not next week. The classic quote 'Today is the first day of the rest of you're life.' never stops being true.

Check out these 9 Instagrammers for a quick boost of fitness inspiration

@achieving_balance Aussie Tanya Poppett's account features beautiful images of workouts, food and more. You can find her running, doing yoga, stand up paddle boarding and performing all sorts of body weight exercises. Serious lifestyle inspiration from down under.

@lindseyvonn Olympic skiing champ Lindsey Vonn puts in hard work as evidenced by her Instagram posts. All this pays off, also evidenced by stunning shots of her at awards ceremonies.

@nicolewinhoffer Dance instructor, fitness fanatic and creator of the nwmethod. Oh, and she's also in charge of Madonna's amazing physique.

@thenorthface Likely no introduction needed for the North Face. Follow this giant in the outdoor gear world for mind blowing shots of people playing in the great outdoors. Who needs a gym when there are boulders like this waiting to be climbed on?

@mynameisjessamyn Perhaps our favorite account from this list. Jessamyn Stanley is a yoga practitioner who proves that fitness doesn't mean skinny. I have friends who appear overweight but can do the splits, perform roundhouse kicks and beat me in a sprint. Jessamyn is proud of her body, and you should be too, no matter the size or shape.

@jujimufu Jon Call's account seems all fun and games, until you realize this guy is an incredible athlete. Jon performs insane feats combining acrobatic movements and powerlifting. He also breaks furniture and has pillow fights with his friends. Who says fitness has to be serious?

@madbarz Taking bodyweight exercises to the next level. If you're expecting simple push-ups and pull-ups, think again. These guys and gals will blow your mind with exercises that show a mastery of body control and strength.

@magmidt One of the best rock climbers in the world, Magnus Midtbo also follows an insane workout regiment. Watch him do one arm pinkie pull ups and core exercises that would give most people an instant hernia. Incredible.

@yogabeyond Join yoga couple and instructors Honza and Claudine Lafond for a round-the-world adventure. While they now call Australia home, Honza is from the Czech Republic and Claudine from New York. Yoga is their common ground. These two post beautiful images of their poses, classes and lifestyle. Sure to put a smile on your face!
